SIA “LEITC” provides its services exclusively in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

SIA “LEITC” performs electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements within the scope of the laboratory’s accreditation.

Pricing and Quotations

Service prices are considered confidential information.

Clients may request a quotation by completing the request form and sending it to the email address info@leitc.lv.

Quotations remain valid for 3 (three) months from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.

Payments

The Client shall make payment by the due date indicated on the invoice to the bank account specified therein.

The payment date shall be deemed the date on which the payment is credited to the bank account of SIA “LEITC”.

SIA “LEITC” reserves the right to withhold test reports, summaries, and other documentation until full payment received.

After full payment has been received, all documentation shall be provided to the Client within 10 (ten) business days in the Client’s preferred format, unless otherwise agreed.

In case of delayed payment, SIA “LEITC” reserves the right to apply late payment interest in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, withhold the test reports, and suspend further services until all obligations have been settled.

Delivery and Return

The Client is responsible for delivering the Product to the SIA “LEITC” laboratory.

The Client is responsible for removing the Product from the premises of SIA “LEITC” or arranging return delivery of the Product within 5 (five) business days after completion of the service.

The Client is responsible for all costs related to the delivery and return of the Product, including transportation costs, customs duties, export taxes, bank charges, and any other related expenses.

Warranty and Liability

SIA “LEITC” guarantees the performance of services in accordance with the order and the requirements of the relevant standards..

The results contained in the test reports relate only to the specific Product tested at the time the measurements were performed.

SIA “LEITC” is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the provision of services or testing activities.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to test reports, methodologies, documentation, and other materials prepared by SIA “LEITC” belong to SIA “LEITC”.

Confidentiality

SIA “LEITC” ensures the confidentiality of all information received from the Client and uses such information only for the purpose of providing services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidential information includes all technical, commercial, and other information provided by the Client to SIA “LEITC”.

SIA “LEITC” does not disclose confidential information to third parties without the prior written consent of the Client, except where disclosure is required by applicable laws and regulations, accreditation requirements, or requests from competent governmental authorities.

Confidentiality obligations shall remain in force after completion of the services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, disagreements, or claims related to the services provided by SIA “LEITC” or these Terms and Conditions are first resolved through mutual negotiations.

If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia by the Arbitration Court of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Riga, Latvia.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

SIA “LEITC” reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the updated version on the website www.leitc.lv.
